The power pack has a Detroit 60 series (240 BHP) diesel engine; with a quadruple pump drive mounted directly to the flywheel housing. The power pack is skid mounted and has a four-point lift protective frame.
Power Pack Features:
1. Throttle for speed control.
2. Manual and air operate engine kill as well as emergency kill for fuel and air shutoff.
3. Oil pressure, water temperature, air pressure, and engine tachometer gauges.
4. Engine contains and emergency shutdown system for over temperature and loss of oil pressure.
5. Diesel lubricated air starter and a 30-gallon air reservoir for starting. The reservoir has a water drain in addition to a dryer for air controls.
6. A compressor for charging the air reservoir and operating the air controls.
7. Heavy-duty radiator is supplied for extreme environment operation.
8. Circuits for injector drive, reel drive, level wind, Bop, and control house supply are provided.
9. 30-gallon accumulator is provided for BOP, Stripper, and house backup.
10. The injector drive utilizes a Denison variable displacement axial piston closed loop pump rated at 3000 PSI.
11. An air to oil heat exchanger is provided for hydraulic oil cooling
12. Capacity for 95 gallon for diesel fuel. Tank has a level indicator, fuel shutoff valve, and a fuel drain.
13. Hydraulic reservoir with a capacity of 110 gallons. Suction strainers and return fluid filtering with popup visual filter change indicator. Reservoir has a removable cleanout cover and drain. All outlets have shutoff valves. Reservoir is equipped with a sight level gauge, temperature gauge, and a breathable filling cap.
14. An access ladder is provided for filling and inspection purposes.
