New Enerflow Double Pump Cementing trailer for sale with the following specs:

Unit is a cement mixing and high pressure pumping unit
mounted on an oilfield trailer. The unit is comprised of a high pressure
pumping system, recirculating mixing system, all required controls and
instrumentation, and a hydraulic system to drive fluid handling and
mixing.

The high-pressure pumping system consists of two CAT C15 diesel
engines, two Allison 4700 OFS automatic transmissions, and two SPM
600 BHP triplex pumps. The lowpressure fluid handling system consists
of four centrifugal pumps for recirculation, boost, take-on, and mix water.

The mixing system consists of a high
energy jet mixer, high rate recirculating
pump, and tub agitator. A
densitometer is mounted in the
recirculating line and the mix water is
measured with a turbine flow meter.
Cement can be mixed on the fly at a
rate of 14.4 BPM and densities up to
22 lb/gal.

The onboard control system allows for
storage of three cement slurry designs,
simulation for operator training or
functional verification, and job
recording. When the job is started, the
data acquisition system records
density, rate, and pressure, until the
